🏝️ NEW: Campaign Updates
It’s officially been two weeks since our Kickstarter launched, and we are incredibly grateful to the 157 backers who have supported the campaign so far.
We’ve raised $16,742 with an average pledge of $106 — but we still have about $13,258 and 16 days to reach our goal.
Remember: Kickstarter is all-or-nothing. If we don’t reach the full $30k by the deadline, no one is charged, and unfortunately, Reality Resort will likely not be able to continue. So, make sure to back the Kickstarter today!
Only 13 Victoria plushie slots remain! This limited-tier collectible continues to be a hit — if you want one, now’s the time to claim your spot. (To be shipped in the fall).
✍🏼 NEW: Character Headshot Add-on!
We are pleased to announce a fun new way for you to be part of Reality Resort: the Character Headshot Add-on!
Thanks to a new partnership with talented artist Liana (@TDramaLiana), backers now have the chance to get a custom character headshot of themselves (or a character of their choosing) drawn in her signature style! If the campaign is successfully funded, you’ll receive a survey after the campaign where you can submit your reference and preferences, and Liana will bring your creation to life.
🎨 Liana is a well-known fan artist in the Total Drama community, with over 8,000 followers on Instagram. She specializes in creating original character designs in the iconic TD style and has contributed to multiple fan-made projects. We’re thrilled to be collaborating with her on this add-on, and if you back the Executive Producer tier, she’ll also be designing your custom character that appears in the finale of Reality Resort!

Most episodes between Ep11-18 will be longer than the usual 25 minutes that we strive for during the Team Phase. This is because we will be including both competitions in the episodes, meaning each episode will have an eviction. Thus, these episodes will cost more to produce.

🎬 Production Updates
🔘 Eviction Interview #3 should be coming exclusively to Patreon this week! As a reminder, the first two interviews are still available for public viewing on Patreon. Additionally, backers at the Investor ($500) tier and above will also be getting access to our bonus content if the campaign is successful.
🔘 We’re also excited to announce that our Spanish dub of Episode 1 is very close to releasing! As a reminder, we’ve partnered with Likan Studios for these dubs — they’re known for their work on Disventure Camp, Helluva Boss and The Amazing Digital Circus. To catch these episodes, please visit The Reality Project - Español. They'll also be available on Patreon alongside the English versions.
🔘 We’ll continue to tease the storyboards from Episode 7 to help generate hype and initiative for our Kickstarter campaign. As previously mentioned, the storyboards for Episodes 7-9 are already complete and are just awaiting animation, which is what we’re crowdfunding for.
