💰 Remind Me … Why a Kickstarter?

As an indie creator who’s responsible for funding this show, it’s been incredible to get this far — but we’ve hit a point where we need your help to keep it going.

With this campaign, the goal is to secure funding to complete the rest of Season 1. If we hit all of our stretch goals, we’ll be able to provide even more bonus content, release episodes more consistently, and support the team who’s poured so much into this project.

When you back this project, you're directly supporting the artists, animators, and volunteers who bring Reality Resort to life. I, Cove, do not intend to take a cut from this campaign. Every dollar goes toward the production of the show itself.

We just want to create something special, fun, and meaningful for all of you to enjoy. The only real obstacle right now is funding — we have the passion, the vision, and the team. We’re not just asking for help — we’re inviting you to be part of something we believe in. 📈 What Makes ‘Reality Resort’ Different?

We know the comparisons to Total Drama and Disventure Camp are inevitable — they’re what many of you grew up on, and they shaped your expectations for animated competition shows.

But Reality Resort isn’t here to copy those formulas. We’re building something different, something grounded in the emotional chaos and structure of real-life competitions. Yes, it’s scripted, but that lets us tell deeper stories while still embracing strategy and gameplay. We’re always walking the line between chaos and clarity — just like real shows do.

We know you grow attached to characters; we do too! But in this genre, risk is essential. If you get upset when your favorite gets eliminated, that means the show is working. You don’t have to love every outcome, but the real fun is in letting the story play out before passing judgment.

We’re telling one version of how things could go. There are infinite others — but this is the one we chose. Without that commitment, there’d be no show at all. So if you’re only watching to see your favorite win or for everyone to get a satisfying ending — respectfully, this might not be the show for you. But if you're here for gameplay, drama, growth, and storytelling? Then stick around. We promise it’s worth it.

That’s why backing this campaign matters. You’re not just funding more episodes — you’re giving this story the space to finish what it started. You’re helping prove that this kind of show deserves to exist: one that takes risks, respects its audience, and takes it’s time to unravel.
